Queue Management Policy

Kindly note our Queue Management Policy as follows:

Different Q numbers are given for different types of visits.

Q1-20: Appointments* (ITE / NYP / COVID vaccines / Private patients’ appointment)

Q21 onwards: Morning patients

Q101 onwards: Afternoon patients

Q201 onwards: Night patients

Q301 onwards: Private telemedicine

Strictly no appointments are given for visits for acute conditions (fever, cough etc.). Kindly walk-in to the clinic to get a Q no. or make a queue request through the PinnacleSG app.

You may use PinnacleSG app to monitor the status of the Q and make your way to our clinic when it is nearing your turn.

Regardless of the type of visit, kindly notify our clinic staff at the counter once you have arrived.

Please note :

  • Waiting time is only an estimate
    Our staff can only give you an estimated waiting time, subjected to prevailing crowd condition and cannot be predicted with absolute accuracy.
  • Queue number may not be called in sequence.
  • Missed queue number
    Patients who have missed their number will not be called immediately upon returning.  They will be seen after approximately 3 patients.
  • If you need to leave to clinic, please notify our staff.
