* Muscle-strengthening activity works different major muscle groups in the legs, hips, back, abdomen, shoulders and arms. Examples: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, working with resistance bands, weight training.

* 1 serving of fruit equals 1 small apple/pear/orange/mango, 1 wedge of papaya/pineapple/watermelon/honeydew, 1 medium sized banana, 10 grapes or 4 seeds of durian. 1 serving of vegetables equals ¾ mug (100g) of cooked leafy (eg. Spinach) or non-leafy (eg. Carrots and tomato) vegetables.
